SECOND COOK (M/F) 42h00 - Marcolès Auvergne

In the heart of the Cantalien chestnut grove, between Aurillac and Rodez, near Maurs-la-Jolie, join Renaud Darmanin's Brigade at the Auberge de la Tour, Cantal's belle étoile in Marcolès, one of France's most beautiful villages.

PROFILE REQUIRED:

Solid experience as a kitchen assistant in a gastronomic or Michelin-starred establishment. 
In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques and seasonal produce. 
Natural leadership and coordination skills. 
Desire to contribute to an ambitious culinary project with creativity and rigour. 


JOB DESCRIPTION:

Supervision of teams in the absence of the chef. 
Involvement in creating menus and developing new recipes. 
Managing stocks, orders and supplies. 
Ensuring the smooth running of services and maintaining quality standards.
